With regard to production costs, when we asked our IT Bod why our webhosting and related fees had gone up, he pointed to the analytics page which had a figure we found incredulous. Since going online, the Unique Property Bulletin has had around 25,680,000 individual equivalent photograph downloads. If there was one penny per photo view it would mean £250,000 in the bank! That is very far from the real world case! We are just aiming to plug the small gap between annual income and expenditure. Our Annual Budget Defecit is a relatively small at £980 for the last officially published accounts.
