Ooops!
In amongst our emails, one reader has asked for some higher-end unusual properties to be featured – mentioning that we have had properties between £7,000 and around £250,000 in the last two editions of Unique Property Bulletin, so how about some balance!

Moated Castle – Melting Price?

This is one example of what a little fishing finds, and we really enjoyed landing it to include in this edition. Though if this type of home is your bag, please study some of the history. It was reportedly bought 2006 by property tycoon Robin MacDonald for £1,700,000. There have been some well reported “licensing” issues in the national press amongst other matters, so it may well be that Mr MacDonald might consider a little bit of negotiating if you are operating at that level.

For our competition last month we found an extremely obscure unique building. We reckoned nobody would manage a correct answer and our prize fund was relatively safe. We should have known better! So this time we are throwing down the unique property gauntlet. We are running this competition for two months duration [November and December] so we can double the prize fund to £100. But we are also putting a property photograph to identify which we think nobody will manage to guess.
